Do you ship outside of Switzerland?
Yes, we also ship to Italy, Germany, France, and Liechtenstein! Within Switzerland, we ship with Swiss Post to ensure reliable and fast delivery. For orders outside of Switzerland, we use DHL or UPS for secure international shipping. If we expand to other locations in the future, we'll update our website.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above CHF 80 within Switzerland! Standard shipping rates apply to international orders and to orders within Switzerland below CHF 80.
What are your shipping fees?
- Switzerland: CHF 7 for orders under CHF 80; free shipping for orders above CHF 80.
- Italy, Germany, France, and Liechtenstein: Shipping fees vary depending on the weight of the order and the delivery address, typically ranging from CHF 12 to CHF 18. The exact shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Switzerland: 2-4 business days with Swiss Post
- Italy, Germany, France, Liechtenstein: 3-7 business days with DHL or UPS
Please note that during high-demand periods, such as holidays, Black Friday, and the Christmas
season, shipping times may be slightly delayed.
Are your products authentic?
Absolutely! All our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from trusted suppliers in Korea. We prioritize quality and ensure all items meet Swiss and EU safety standards.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of purchase. However, please note:
- Sale items: Products from our sale section are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Used or opened items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used items.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a product that has been shipped out and is still
unopened, we can process an exchange. However, you will be responsible for covering both the return and reshipping costs.
